Job Description:
- Supervise and manage the construction site.

Site Admin
Job Description:
- Maintain and manage all administrative records for the construction site.
- Assist in the coordination of site operations, including office management, documentation, and supply ordering.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Handle correspondence and act as the point of contact for administrative matters.
- Manage the schedule of meetings, site visits, and other logistical activities.
- Support the team with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- College graduate with experience as construction site admin is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Surveyor
Job Description:
- Conduct land surveys and site measurements to determine accurate project boundaries and conditions.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that site measurements are accurate for design and construction purposes.
- Provide technical expertise on land grading, elevations, and survey methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering or related course.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in surveying for construction projects.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment (e.g., total stations,GPS, etc.) and software.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
QA/QC (Quality Assurance/QualityControl)
Job Description:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the construction project meets industry standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and work performance to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare quality reports, identify non-conformance, and develop corrective action plans.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents to ensure that they are clear and accurate.
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor testing and inspection processes to maintain high standards of construction quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in QA/QC in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Environmental Officer
Job Description:
- Monitor and enforce environmental safety regulations on construction sites.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with environmental laws and guidelines.
- Oversee the implementation of sustainable practices, including waste management, pollution control, and energy use reduction.
- Advise project managers and site engineers on environmental concerns and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare environmental reports for local authorities and internal use.
- Provide training to workers on environmental policies needed to be adhered to on the project site.
Requirements:
- Must have COSH Training/Safety Officer certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as an environmental officer within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable practices in construction.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
